The Corwin Medical Care Anticoagulation Clinic is happy to offer you doctors and nurses who are experts in managing your blood thinner, including evaluating lab values, addressing side effects and complications, and adjusting dosages for maximum benefit with minimal risk.

Blood thinners can be dangerous medication if not used and monitored properly.  During your visits you will be given your PT/INR results.  This will prevent you from having to wait days or even week sot find out if your medication is right for you.  You will also have one-on-one attention from a doctor or nurse who can answer all of your questions and review any medication changes with you.

We will keep track of when you are due for your next blood test and remind you if you forget.  This will decrease potential complications from your medication.

The coumadin management clinic has is conveniently located in building 140E, and is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8am until 11am.  Thursdays it is also open from 5-7pm.
