Driving from the North:  Take IL Rt. 59 south to 135th street.  Turn left (East) on to 135.  Corwin 1st Care is next to Tuffy's on the left side. 

Driving from the South: 135th street is approximately 2 miles north of downtown Plainfield.  Take route 59 north to 135th street.  Turn right and go less than a quarter mile on 135th street.  Corwin 1st Care is on the left next to Tuffy's.

Driving from the East: Proceed West on 135th Street past Naper-Plainfield road.

Driving from the West: Take 135 street east past Route 59.  Corwin 1st Care is on the left just east of Tuffy's.
