From the North:  Proceed South on Illinois Route 59 to Plainfield. Continue through town past the US 30 east intersection and the Fort Beggs traffic lights. Corwin Medical Care is on the right (west) side of IL 59 just past a large cornfield.  Turn in at the Village Medical Center sign.

From the Northeast:  If using Interstate 55, go south to the Illinois 126 exit to Plainfield.  Stay on 126 to Illinois route 59 at the first stoplight. Turn left (south) and continue through town past the US 30 east intersection and the Fort Beggs traffic lights. Corwin Medical Care is on the right (west) side of IL 59 just past a large cornfield.  Turn in at the Village Medical Center sign.

From the South: Proceed North on Illinois Route 59 to Plainfield. Continue past the traffic light at Renwick Rd.  Corwin Medical Care is on the left (west) side of the road just past the gas stations and fast food places.

From the East: Take 159th St. (Rt. 7) until it passes Rt. 53 and becomes Renwick Rd.  Continue west, passing over I-55 and Rt. 30.  The next stoplight is Rt. 59, turn right.  CMC is on the left side of the road just north of Renwick.  Turn in at the Village Medical Center sign.

From the Southeast:  If on 30, go west to Renwick Rd.  Turn left onto Renwick (one stoplight after S. Lily Cache Rd.).  The first stoplight after turning on Renwick is Rt. 59.  Turn right (south).  CMC is on the left hand side just north of Renwick Rd. in the Village Medical Center.

Driving from the West: Take Rt. 126 east until it becomes Lockport St.  Continue on that road until it intersects Rt. 59.  Turn right (south) and continue past Rt. 30 and Ft. Beggs Rd.  CMC is on the right after the large cornfield.  Turn at the sign for the Village Medical Center.
